Voices was the publication of the Canadian Voice of Women for Peace, an organization that was founded by women in 1960.
Issue includes articles about the intersection between feminism and peace activism.
The Newspaper Collective consisted of Sandra Cipriano, Lyn Adamson, Diana Kuprel and Carolyn Langdon. The Production and layout were done by Maggie Helwig/Lowlife Design.

Context
OPIRG-Toronto hosted a series of Ecotours in the 1980s that led participants on a tour of Toronto's environmental hotspots. In 1986, the group published a book called "An Ecotour of Toronto" that provided a field guide to the ecology of Toronto.

This is more for Reg Hartt than the screening of DLB - you have to hand it to him, Hartt has been screening films all over Toronto since the early seventies (at least!) and he's still at it.
"REVENUE REZ" was a protest and occupation of a Revenue Canada Taxation Centre by 27 native protesters. For over a month the occupation held, with protesters in the office and many more supporters in teepees and around a fire in the outdoor courtyard of the government building.
