Context
Anyone who ever saw Wayne's World is familiar with the idea of public access television and the harm it can do to society. Culture Shock, created and hosted by John Temou, specialized in the out right destruction of polite society by inflicting extreme forms of video, music and video nasties on our innocent air waves. Over the years Temou wore out his welcome at a couple of cable providers who frankly weren't paying attention. [HK]
